In recognition of our commitment to high standards of service we sponsored the Customer Service Award at the Reigate and Banstead Business Awards.  To say that were wowed by the standard of entries is an understatement. 

Customer Service is often the foundation for competitive advantage in a crowded marketplace.  This year’s award entrants live and breathe customer service excellence and these are just a few examples shared by our 3 finalists:-

Richard and his team did a phenomenal job catering our summer garden party. Despite the weather, they smiled and greeted our guests with champagne and nibbles. They were attentive throughout the 6 hour party and the food was exceptional. Everyone raved about the sliders and the salads. Even weeks later we are still getting compliments on the food.
