We’re putting our full-service direct marketing package at the centre of what we offer. We’re reaching out to busy marketing or business development teams to simply say – let us help. Our fully integrated service can seamlessly handle campaigns from design to delivery.

Why now?

In short, there’s been a growing demand for our full-service expertise. Whilst the print management part of the business initially grew quickly and remains strong, in recent years the focus for some of our clients has changed, and therefore we want to be much more upfront about our capabilities to handle every aspect of any direct marketing project.

How does this add value for our clients?

There are many crucial components to a well-managed direct marketing campaign. Whether it’s delivering the right message, negotiating the right postage price, securely handling data or simply keeping the project on track, it all takes time and experience to effectively coordinate.

We have set up RETHINK to handle projects creatively, efficiently, and safely. In fact, the bigger the challenge, usually the more value we can add. When it comes to elements such as negotiating prices for printing and distribution – it’s where knowing this industry inside out really helps. Last year, for example, we successfully delivered over one million pieces of direct mail for just one client alone.

We’re members of the Data and Marketing Association (DMA) as well. The DMA sets high standards which marketers must adhere to. For example, their code of practice sets strict protocols for how we use and safely handle data – it means clients can trust us to do things the right way.

Alongside all this, RETHINK continues to be agile and very flexible. If you only require a specific design or standalone print management service that’s obviously fine too.
